Terms & Conditions of 365jili

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "365jili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 365jili platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives operating the website at https://365jili.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 365jili platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 365jili platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 365jili website, mobile interface, games, wallet system, and all associated services accessible at https://365jili.club.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (₱) associated with a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 365jili.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Account Verification

365jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 365jili platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. 365jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 365jili immediately through our customer support channels. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your Account.

Account Suspension and Closure

365jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• A Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 365jili customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Deposits

All deposits on the 365jili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 365jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-enabled banks. Deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by 365jili within an average of three (3) minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must be fully verified with all required identity documents submitted and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

Anti-Money Laundering

365jili is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers our AML monitoring systems. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

365jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

Malfunction Policy

Disconnection Policy

If a Player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's balance updated accordingly upon reconnection. 365jili is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365jili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 365jili immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365jili staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.

• Use any 365jili trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of 365jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 365jili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365jili, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Technical malfunctions, server errors, or connectivity issues beyond 365jili's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Players based on information provided on the platform.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.

The 365jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 365jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
